Arbarosa Villa is nicer than in the photos, views are amazing! Loads of lovely places to sit, eat and chill.

It is right on the road (which as a positive means you can walk to gorgeous restaurants and bars!) so can be noisy, but once you get used to it and look at the sea views you forget about it!

Lovely villa. Communication was great throughout the process. The hosts were very kind in providing cots, highchairs, baby bath and toys which we really appreciated. The new outdoor sofa set was lovely - we moved it from the side terrace to the one at the front overlooking the sea. There are so many different areas to be able to eat al fresco! Fantastic outdoor BBQ area - photos of this should be put on the website because it's a real plus! The beds were comfortable. The location was great being within 10 minutes walk of the port Agios Nikolaos although the walk back up the hill was tiring in the heat. Lots of lovely restaurants to walk to - especially liked Orizontes, Deli Kitchen, Nobelos and Madraki Taverna plus The Old Windmill (5 minutes drive away). Giorgos was very responsive to requests. Added bonus was the very thorough clean mid week. The pool offered a lovely break from the heat.

Several issues were not dealt with: the toilet in one of the upstairs ensuites leaked; plumber came but it still leaked meaning that bathroom and so bedroom could not be used. A lamp bulb and batteries for one of the aircon units' remote were not replaced.

The pool and house were lovely

The air conditioning unit in one bedroom leaked and gave out a nasty smell. We had to have engineers come mend it which was disruptive.

Loved being in the north and walkable to great restaurants. The pool was amazing, hosts were incredibly responsive with any issues, outdoor dining was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, AC was great. House is right on the main road but still quiet and private

Nothing we didn’t like- but a couple of ideas. Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating lounge area. Would have preferred to have the code for the key lockbox instead of waiting outside at night for house manager to arrive just to open it. Needed info where to put trash. Would have been nice to have a local guidebook with recommendations.

Lovely property with great views and a short walk to the village centre. Lots of space and good sized bedrooms. Nearby restaurants were great

Great view, Orizontes across the street for breakfast and food. Nobilos and Madrakia nearby restaurants.

Wifi connection is not great, but nor is cellular ...
