For insurance and security reasons, a signed contract is required to finalize the reservation. This contract must include, among other things, the exact number of occupants, the full names of each person, the host's complete contact information, and a copy of their identification. The reservation becomes final only upon receipt of the signed contract. If the contract is not received within 72 hours, the host may cancel the reservation without charge. Please note that two cats lives on site. ID will be required upon check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
