Agios Nikolaos Beach Villas

Stelios was a great host. He was waiting for us at the house and took us on a drive round the town to show us where was good to eat etc. He was always available by whatsapp for any questions. The location is truly fabulous with steps down directly to the beach across a small stream. The lounge and kitchen were well equipped and the pool is just gorgeous. There is a nice shaded area outside the lounge to watch the view from and the air conditioning was very useful! We really enjoyed our week there and will be back again I`m sure.

The only slight negative we had was that the bathroom upstairs for the main bedroom and bedroom 2 was very small - in fact the shower is raised on a step so my husband could not stand up in it at all and could not use it. It isn`t impossible to get round as there is a bathroom downstairs and we also had the apartment - but the sink is also very small and difficult to use. Apart from that everything was lovely....

Spacious Villa with direct access to the beach, the pool is big enough for proper swimming . Well equipped kitchen, lots of seating in villa and around pool to accommodate 7 guests,good wifi, Agios Nickolas a 9 euro taxi ride away. Good communication from owner before and during stay and Antonis is always on hand to sort any issues

Bathrooms quite small in main villa

Beautiful villa with fantastic views! The real selling points are the lovely pool (big enough to swim laps) and the fact you can also directly access the beach from the back gate down some steps and private pathway. The villa itself is really nice too - just to note, one of the double bedrooms is in a separate self contained building which worked perfectly for us as our 20 year old son loved having his own space but might not be suitable for families with younger children.

The location and the outdoor areas were excellent. An amazing swimming pool with direct access to the down through the gardens to the beach. Everything was very clean and Antonis was a lovely host. So kind and helpful.

The bed in the master bedroom was too hard for our liking and the only shower for anyone taller than about 5’ 4” was in the separate annex. These would not stop us from returning though as everything else was so good.

The location is amazing - the big pool overlooking the bay and we especially loved the steps through the garden down to the cold river at the bottom. It’s also near enough to a couple of tavernas, although you do need a car or taxis to be going into the town. The separate apartment is good - no views but it is spacious and modern.

Although it has everything you need, the villa interior is a bit dated, eg the kitchen and the bathrooms are probably a couple of decades old - the top floor bathroom in particular was extremely small and it’s not possible to stand up in the shower if you are tall. The aircon stopped working in the downstairs bedroom when we were there during the 38 degree heatwave, although it was fixed within a couple of days.

It is the best location in Agios Nikolaos! Antonis is a very good host, welcoming and helpful. There was no breakfast but host provided us with water, fruits and coffee.

Bathrooms are a bit on the smaller size. But outdoor space compensates everything.

Stelios was a very helpful host. Villa was in a perfect location. Pool great and easy access to the beach. Easy check in and out.
