Please note that all guests need to provide a valid before check-in. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests { including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. No smoking inside the villa. No noise or music outside between 23:00 and 08:00. Please refrain from using the pool after 22:00 to avoid night noise. Shower before swimming as suntan lotion is not allowed in the pool. Causes cloudy water and yellow edges, resulting in additional charges for pool maintenance. Leave the villa as you found it and return the furniture to its original place. Due to insects and odor, remove all garbage and place it in one of the dumpsters on the street. We charge a fee if the barbecue is not cleaned after use, or if garbage is left on the property. You have to pay the deposit 7 days before check-in. It will be returned to you, subject to any damages. As required by Spanish law, send us a photo by Whatsapp of all IDs of all guests 7 days before check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent villa, great location and helpful hosts"

We loved everything about the villa. It was in a great location with good access to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars, but was also secluded and quiet. The house itself was beautifully kept and had ample seating for our large group both indoors and out. The host provided helpful info welcome pack as well as a few bits to help us get started in the kitchen (olive oil, salt/pepper, dish washer tabs and washing up liquid). Comms with the host pre, during and post were excellent and would most recommend. Thanks again - we had a great family holiday and looking forward to staying again!

"Great house nestled in a great location, definitely a dream house!!!!"

I used the codes I had already been sent and was straight inside the property with no fuss at all. We then spent 4 fabulous nights at the property, the whole house was immaculately clean on our arrival. This is definitely the place to book if you are looking for that little something extra on your travels. Will definitely be rebooking another stay there, top accomadation.

Everything exceeded my expectations on this property, zero complaints

Clean and beautifully presented on arrival, every amenity required was provided.

There was nothing I didn’t like but maybe a few more sun loungers around the pool, for a home that sleeps 11 4 sun loungers may not be enough for some parties but it did not impact our stay in anyway.

"Great. Would stay again."

Fantastic outdoor space at the front incorporating a covered dining area that links up with the gas BBQ area (and also overlooks the pool). Great master bedroom (bedroom, dressing room, ensuite and private terrace). Loads of space inside (although we were mainly outside in the fab weather). Plenty of parking space for multiple cars.

Pool cleaner did the bare minimum (tiles could do with a clean) and no net to clean it yourself. Needs a light nearer the BBQ for those late night dinners! A few bulbs out, so some basic maintenance needed. Nothing to spoil the stay though.

"Perfect family villa in Javea"

The villa was amazing for our summer holiday with a big family (5 young kids and 4 adults). The host was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop view is spectacular.
