"San Placido Green House" Villa con Piscina

Très belle villa dans un village calme sans vis vis ,avec de grands espaces exterieurs . On a profité de la piscine avec très belle vue du coucher de soleil ,jeux pour enfants disponible . L'hote Vincenzo était gentil et disponible .

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour mais on avait internet sur telephone .

Bellissima villa rustica, spazi esterni molto ampi, apprezzatissimi i gonfiabili le pistole ad acqua lasciate a libero uso in piscina come anche i vari giochini in giro (skateboard, palloni, scacchi giganti... Si trova sempre qualcosa da fare). Ho messo un bel 10 di incoraggiamento perché il posto è veramente bello e a meno di qualche difettuccio sarebbe perfetto

Purtroppo il campo da beach volley è inutilizzabile perché pieno di vespe/api... Qualche cuscino è davvero troppo morbido, andrebbe sostituito.

La struttura e’ immersa nella natura, con uno spazio interno da vivere in ogni momento.. il Proprietario e’ una persona molto disponibile e gentile.. struttura pulita, piscina impeccabile.. Consigliatissima

Forse l’interno e’ un po’ piccolo, la stanza singola, molto angusta, il quarto letto in salone( insomma)..x quattro persone bisogna un po’ adattarsi, tenendo conto tra l’altro che entra la luce gia’ dalle 6 del mattino per le porte a vetri.. il resto davvero molto bello.. grazie Vincenzo di tutto

STUNNING! Absolutely perfect trip for us. This Villa is truly amazing, with everything and more. Vincenzo was a superb host, very attentive and communication was nothing less than perfect. Vincenzo arranged all our transfers for us having his friend and tax driver,Nuccio, catering to all our needs. Just like Vincenzo, Nuccio was absolutely great and made the whole experience memorable. We will 100% be returning! The Villa is located in a very rural beautiful village, which does have 1 or 2 places to eat, which you can walk to, but if looking for more bars, restaurants and shops, then definitely rent a car or get Nuccio to assist. Castel Di Ludica is an incredibly friendly place with the residents very welcoming. The outdoor space at the villa is breathtaking, the pool is very clean, toys for children to play with, lots of places to sit and relax in the sun….it literally has everything. Inside was perfect for us as well (family of 4, with a 5 year old and 1 year old) - 2 bedrooms, a spacious living area, fully functional kitchen. Air conditioning is located in the kitchen, but kept the villa cool and was perfect for us, considering it was August, the villa stayed cool all day. My only issue was that, I wish we’d booked longer. Vincenzo and Nuccio - thank you for making our first full family holiday so memorable - nothing short of perfect.

Lovely landscape views. Quiet and peaceful. Great to have the swimming pool and the shady front porch for sitting out, as well as the outdoor dining area and BBQ at the rear. Vincenzo was welcoming and responsive. The accommodation was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Some parts of the property are in need of maintenance.

Ideal location—exactly what we were looking for. Excellent host. The house is fully equipped with everything needed.
