Het uitzicht op o.a. de bergen en de zeer ruime en goed ingerichte tuin .

De woning is sterk gedateerd en spartaans; doordat binnen zo'n beetje alles wit is gespoten (zelfs deurkrukken en tegels) is de eerste indruk modern, maar ook die laag verf begint al te slijten. De gepubliceerde foto's suggereren een luxe die er niet blijkt te zijn. Direct naast het huis staat een kolossale betonnen silo; die ontsiert niet alleen, maar geeft ook een gevoel van beklemming. De kippenren onder de silo - en onder de slaapkamerramen - stinkt; en dat al in het vroege voorjaar. Het zwembad is een amateuristisch bovengronds bouwsel; de trap en de omloop zijn gammel en onbetrouwbaar.

The view towards the mountains from the terrace was great, and the area was away from the main tourist areas, so it felt more like the real Mallorca. The kids enjoyed the pool, although it was a little cold in late October.

Die Sanitär Einrichtungen könnten besser sein. Vorallem Warmwasser dauert sehr lange und fliesst nur spärlich. Trägt so natürlich zum Wasser sparen bei. In der Dusche daran denken dass der Hahn verkehrt angeschlossen ist. Blau = Warm Wasser <- Tipp

La ubicación de Cas Roig es ideal si quieres relax y alejarte de la multitud de Mallorca, a pie en 5-10 min tienes para comprar pan, y el pequeño colmado de Mancor, en coche estás a 4 km de la ciudad de Inca con supermercados más grandes. Las playas mas cercanas están a unos 40min, y la Serra de Tramuntana en 10'. El poder desayunar y cenar en la terraza no tiene precio Habíamos leído que molestaban mucho los animales durante la noche, y ess cierto que hay muchos animales en la zona, no dejas de estar en una zona rural!! así que si no te gusta que cante el gallo, rebuznen los asnos, y ladre algún perro mejor alójate en un hotel en la ciudad, a nosotros no nos molestó en absoluto.

Por poner algún pero, quizá la cocina podría ser más grande, pero dado que no hay espacio para ello, nos conformamos con lo que había, puedes cocinarte lo que quieras con lo que hay. Bien equipada.

The villa is nice, location is gorgeous. Good parking. Not far from the airport. The grounds are well kept and the gardens are beautiful.

We didn’t like the pool. It needs updating. Needs constant cleaning. The decking around it is unstable so cleaning was tricky. The steps leading up to the pool are wooden and steep, the hand rail is loose so with wet feet/shoes feels like you could easily fall.

The whole experience was brilliant. The company that managed the property were communicating with us from the time of booking. They sent really useful info prior to our arrival & on the day of arrival we received the key box code to enter the property. The property itself was fantastic, better in real life, it was really beautiful, set in stunning surroundings, within an olive grove on the edge of a wonderful village. We knew the area, which helped & had a hire car, which you would need if you want t o explore the rest of the island. If you are after a charming rustic villa, in a tranquil rural location, then Cas Roig is perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like about it.

Beautiful house with lovely big garden. Many places to sit and enjoy meals and drinks. Barbecue, pool, washing machine, ironing board. We didn't need anything more. We could enjoy there the atmosphere of a quiet village close to the nature and animals.Great experience.

I loved how secluded the villa was. We could totally switch off yet were easily accessible to supermarkets and the main connecing road making day trips very easy. I loved how rustic and authentic the villa felt.
