Almarea Blu - appartamento in villa vicino al mare - affitto breve

Everything was excellent, I felt at home in a beautiful typical summer Apulian residence. Comfortable, easy, close to everything, clean and organized.

Nothing.

Lovely house with great outdoor area. Walking distance to a cute harbour with 3 restaurants and free parking in front of your gate. You have to have a car to get around - you can get to polignano by taxi but it’s 15€ each way (3,5 km) Valeria was very kind and helpful in every way. Highly recommend this house.

It is close to the highway so it can be a bit noisy if windows are open at night but air conditioning is available so not an issue. Be sure to ask for a second set of keys as you need them to get in and out of the property-2 gates.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the ocean and the village. Valeria was so friendly and welcoming, and let us know what to expect. The beds were also very comfortable, and the shower pressure was strong (small but important detail). We were also very happy to have several different ways to make coffee! The porch was a wonderful place to spend time, and because we stayed with another family, it was perfect to be right next door to them with a place for us all to meet. The children enjoyed the tiny lizards and visits from a few cats. The adults liked the peacefulness and the flowers.

It would have been good to have another set of keys, and a few additional cooking implements (wooden spoon). There was a bit of road noise at night in the main bedroom, which probably can't be helped. We found the garbage/recycling system a bit overwhelming, but we did our best!

Wonderful outdoor space and a short walk to the water and the village of San Vito. We shared the house with friends, each family had its own apartment in the house and we shared a large courtyard. It was perfect for us.

The bathroom could use some updating - only the first person showering could count on having enough hot water.

This is a great house, super spacious, fantastic yard and outdoor area. The only not totally accurate in Booking's description is that the property is NOT facing the beach and is a bit farther than 50 m from it. The sea is close by, but you need to walk 10 min, and the beach you'll reach is not super good. Still, between 10 and 20 min rides around are some of the area's most beautiful beaches. It is totally worth it. I'll stay there again if visiting the area in the future.

it was a bit tired, tech was old, no toaster, no microwave no dishwasher, bed was uncomfortable No AC in rooms just a shared one in the corridor too expensive for what it was the closest beach was terrible

The location of this property is optimal. Very quiet area and we walked to the beach and Lido's everyday. The property itself is amazing, very clean and comfortable. I felt at home and very safe in this area. As for the landlord Valeria, an amazing host. She has so much advice and gives extra effort in answering all your questions as well as guiding you in making the most of your stay. We promised we would meet again...Grazie Valeria.
