Property Notes

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. "Expensive for what it was and extremely disappointing"

Short walk to bars and restaurants in Port de Pollenca

Villa extremely tired in terms of decor and needs a revamp. Broken drawers in kitchen. Very poorly stocked kitchen. Very blunt knifes so I had to buy my own to prepare food. Broken switches on oven. Air conditioning not working in one bedroom. Pool lights not working. Both showers leaking. Asked hosts several times to fix air conditioning as it was extremely hot. They promised to send someone but no one ever came. My son and his girlfriend ended up moving matresses into our room so they could sleep at night. Very poor Villa

"Great location, fabulous pool."

The pool was perfect. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of space. Villa felt "cool" even on hottest days.

Mattresses were old.

"Great value for money"

Brilliant facilities - swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, BBQ pit, livingroom with TV. Great location - quiet but short walk to the livelier areas The cat which visited every day was a nice touch. Would be good if the host left info whether to feed the cat as we were unsure who it belonged to. Either way it was a very friendly and clean cat.

Could have been cleaner, could have left a vacuum cleaner or brush for the floor

"Villa needs work but location is wonderful."

The location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool is lovely size. The layout is well arranged of the rooms in the villa.

The villa was dusty and smelt like it hadn’t been occupied for some time. There were electrical faults in the villa. The stove does not work properly. the air con in two bedrooms stopped working towards the end of our stay. The lights and the electrical sockets did not work in the main bedroom. One of the fans had a snapped pin on the plug so couldn’t be used.
