Villa Leondari by Rodostamo Collection

The villas was very nice the view is amazing. Pool also very nice. location also good. Parking plenty. Also really nice to spend the day at the hotel and use their facilities.

Some things were slightly tired in the villa. Downstairs room was a bit smelly/damp so we decided to let the teenagers sleep down there! New bathroom ensuite was lovely, middle bathroom seems to have a leak into the bottom shower room which did cause a flood into the hall causing someone to have a fall. some of the outside bulbs had gone, and the firestick didnt work on TV, a few hornets kept coming into the house but after i told the reception they seemed to send someone to deal with that. Coffee machine leaks too.

Amazing view, great pool, spacious bedrooms and living room. Great atmosphere on the terace lounge and grill area.

the yard was not properly maintained, litter, patio not washed etc. 4th bedroom is separate, with access from the pool, with some odor of mold. kitchen not supplied with any basic ingredients like salt, oil etc...

Villa Leonardi is located in the beautiful part of the island Corfu. Keys are being collected from the hotel reception which is on the way from the airport. I liked swimming pool and view of the mountain.

WIFI wasn't working for majority of our stay only after multiple emails it was sorted out. Villa is swarmed with Wasps and Hornets and fence of my sister was stung 5 times. We have been asked to located the hornet nest as the hotel couldn't find it. We did it (it was just in front of the gate) I was assured they will take care of it but noting happened. Place run down (table tennis damaged, diswasher panel missing, and room by the pool smelled of damp.

Could benefit from more kitchen utensils. Was advertised as part of the hotel which it was and implication that was close to the hotel saying “can use hotel communal facilities”. But the hotel is a 40 minute drive from the villa so there would be no need to use their facilities. This was not clear on the booking. Not a problem but it is remote on top of mountain side so definitely need a car. The walk to Agios Stanfanos is said to be 20 minutes but up a mountain on small roads unlit at night and no pavement. Definitely need a car which we did.

The views from the villa are amazing. You can enjoy the pool, the morning coffee on the upper terrace, and the dinner on the terrace in shade with views to the sea and to Albania. It has the best supermarket in the area nearby and at a walking distance (800m): Yannis supermarket (the others in Agios Stefanos are not good). Nearby Yiannis there's also a very good wine cellar, a family-run bakery to have fresh bread and local pasties every morning, and a fish shop. For restaurants I would recommend going to Kassiopi by car, or Avlaki with an 30 minute walk. The restaurants in Agios Stefanos are tourist traps. Avlaki is also a very nice beach for bathing and snorkeling, as are many of the smaller ones nearby. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms with all but one with separable beds, which suit nicely for friends or siblings (we had 4 kids with us). The property is also very well maintained (the pool was checked upon regularly and the house cleaned and made up and towels changed after 2 days).

Unfortunately, the one bedroom downstairs with a separate access from the pool smelled moist and moldy in our opinion, so even our adult son didn't want to sleep there but rather share with his sister. Having 3 bedrooms in use instead of 4 is the only thing that lowers my score from straight 10.
