The bed was comfortable with towels and toiletries provided. Kitchen was spacious.

The sofas were sunken once sat on and where not comfortable. The paid wifi was not working straight away. I messaged the host on whatsapp and he said to reboot it. I did that and was still not working. After I reached out to the host again to no reply. There was no service at all within the house and had to go outside to make phonecalls. The house smelt of mould and needed to open the windows straight away to bring a fresh breeze. Was very disappointing with this booking.

There were cobwebs throughout the house. The sofas need replacing as uncomfortable. The oven didn't work. No parking. Area not good as druggies were stood on the street corner. It says it all when there is a 4ft weed right outside the e

The locals in the village are amazingly helpful and friendly people. Especially when the host leaves you standing in the street refusing to let you in despite having paid, sent card and ID details and all acknowledged in writing by the host.

The house is located in the middle of nowhere with no public transport. I had to call the host on no less than 5 occasions to request the entry arrangements. We were locked out of the apartment for 2 hours at the location before the host would tell us the lockbox code, including my 78 y/o mother. He insisted he needed photo ID for every member of the party despite having mine as the card holder. 2 of our party did not have photo ID yet he insisted or no entry. As photo ID is not a mandatory requirement in this country, this is an appalling "rule". This draconian control and silent threat over customers is utterly disgraceful and is the reason I would never stay with this agency again and urge others not to put themselves in the situation you're abandoned on the street under threat from the named host.
