Casa Natalie

Casa Natalie es según se muestra en las fotografías, dos habitaciones y dos baños completos, cocina salón, terraza, la piscina es pequeña pero perfecta para la casa. Hay bbq aunque no la utilizamos, y tiene todo tipo de prestaciones que ponen en la descripción. Hay 4 toallas de playa. Toallas para el baño. Atentos tanto en la llegada como salida, aunque no les conocí en persona, pero en contacto para cualquier cosa.

Si tuviese que poner peros serían: En la habitación de dos camas individuales pasaron calor porque no había AC como en la habitación de matrimonio y no había ventilador tampoco. Y sábanas hay pero solo bajera y edredón por lo que pasas frío o mucho calor, no hay término medio, estaría bien tener una sabanita para taparte sin tener que asarte. Hay muchas hormigas pequeñas por la cocina, habitaciones… era un poco desesperante en algunas ocasiones. El suelo del porche hay que tener cuidado al salir de la piscina porque te puedes pegar un porrazo. La luz del exterior por la noche es poquita, no se ve mucho en el porche. El bidé del baño que está en la habitación de la cama doble no puedes utilizarlo cómodamente. No había sombrilla como ponía en la descripción , estaba rota y compramos una que se la hemos dejado allí. Aún así no dudaríamos en repetir si se diese la ocasión de volver a Lanzarote.

La casa tiene de todo. Está en una zona tranquila. La persona de contacto, en todo momento pendiente por si estábamos agusto. La piscina, una pasada.

Posizione ideale, lontano dal caos ma abbastanza vicino al centro raggiungibile in auto. Villetta molto carina, curata, bella la piscina e il patio dove ci siamo goduti le serate.

Its size. It was lovely and clean and good location

The pool was very cold

Very peaceful and not overlooked. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Property manager very responsive. Within easy reach of Marina by bus/taxi or walking.

Shutters/windows… not all windows locked meaning we left virtually all shutters locked. On the plus side it kept things cool. Needs ovenware to enable cooking in the oven. Some TLC on property would be good … for e.g. bare wires on display, pillows, main shutter really difficult to open.

Great lay out, close to some shops, bars

Advertised that the villa included a washing machine when in fact it broke down the day that we arrived and was not replaced until 4 days later!, the day before we were leaving. We were told to use the local laundromat that wanted to charge us €75 to wash towels!!! Maintenance couple were wonderful and came to drop off a few towels for us to use although we still had to taxi into the centre to an alternative laundromat to clean our clothes costing us €50 and 4 hours of our life that we will never get back. Furthermore the villa could really do with a bit of a tidy up, loose sharp pieces of wood sticking out on the pool, pool quite cool even though it was advertised as heated? And lots of tiny bugs all throughout of the villa, made it feel a little grubby. Although we enjoyed the villa we sadly won’t be returning mainly because of these issues. Such a shame! What could improve it? Better communication between the owner and holiday makers. Owner to maintain the property to a high standard Should the washing machine break down in the future, holiday makers to be offered some level of compensation. Also please advise that the property has 29 steps to climb up before you can actually get into the property! Not appropriate for those of us that are disabled!

We really love the location. It is perfect for the costal path. Spacious Villa with lovely on suit shower.

Dirty pool. Freezer didn’t work. Pillows need replacing. Electric socket next to bed didn’t work. Property looks tired and needs some tender loving care.
