Villa Maria with heated pool, next to the beach

Very friendly and nice welcome. as we arrived in the evening shortly after 20.00 he prepared sone cold food (salami, cheese, melon, bread). Fridge was already well equipped with jam, butter, beer, uzo and soft drinks. Kitchen very well equipped (e.g. coffee machine for filter coffee and Nespresso, micro wave, dishwasher, ....) House and garden with pool was very clean, only 3 minutes walk to the beach

It was quite noisy because the motorway runs in front of the house and the planes are on their final approach to the nearby airport. (garden and pool is on the backside of the house, so the noise from motorway is not disturbing)

Extra towels, proximity to the beach was great, really easy and friendly check in. Would definitely recommend

If you're not driving it can be a bit of a walk (20/25 mins) to some restaurants. Not a con but something to be aware of when booking- the place is great otherwise!

Der Vermieter absolut spitze, kam an meinem Geburtstag mit einer Torte vorbei!! Sehr hilfsbereit und eine Menge Snacks und Getränke zur Begrüßung.

Die Familie hat uns noch ganz spät abends sehr herzlichen empfangen! Zur Begrüßung wurden uns Obst und Käseplatten zubereitet. Sehr netter Umgang, jederzeit zur erreichen und haben uns bei Mietwagen/ Taxi zur Seite gestanden. Die Villa ist traumhaft schön! Wunderschöne Sitzecke draußen, toller Pool. Der Weg zum Strand dauert höchstens zwei Minuten. Top Lage! Gerade mir Kleinkind. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird und in 15 Minuten sind Supermärkte etc. fußläufig zu erreichen. Allgemein ein ruhiger Ort. Klimaanlage, schöne Badezimmer, warmes Wasser, super WLAN, alles sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gern nochmal wieder.

Wszystko było super.Wlasciciele pomocni i mili. Widok na morze,jak i jego bliskość super.W pelni prywatny basen co dla nas było najważniejsze. Wyposazenie Villi super.Oczywiscie grill,leżaki ,ręczniki itd. Nasz pobyt w pełni się udał.

Great pool, super access to the beach. Warm family welcome and hospitality. Lovely homely feel with nice quality facilities. Good bus service to Heraklion and other areas. Really exceptional place.

The owners were so helpful, and kind. They left us a wonderful welcome platter of food and responded promptly to our messages.

I wish there was a cleaner included. Or an option of one. But all the cleaning equipment is there.

The property was incredible with great hosts. We all really enjoyed our time there and the property served us perfectly. Great place, close to the beach, bus access. Simply great.

We are on our last day here at Villa Maria - the Villa has been amazing, everything we needed, Krasi and his family have been amazing hosts. The location is literally on the beach, we love the beach so that’s been perfect fir us. The Nemi bar (1 minute from the Villa) is great , we used Nemi beds and ate there on all our beach days (table on the beach service) the staff there are wonderful, very friendly and it’s got a real family feel to it. We also enjoyed the proximity of the villa to Heraklion and we also drove to Agios Nikolas (just under an hour) which is a lovely day out (Spinalonga) We would highly recommend Villa Maria for couples and families, we hope to be back xxx
