Villa Dreams

The villa was very spacious and clean.

There was a problem with ants. Everything had to be put it the fridge. They would even come out when we were trying to eat our breakfast. The sunloungers were very uncomfortable.

Fabulous Villa, 2nd time we stayed here. Great facilities, lots of space & areas for quiet reflection, with a large communal area to enjoy meals together etc.

Felix contacted us before or arrival date to state he would meet us at the property. On the date he rang 30mins prior to our scheduled arrival time to check everything was ok. We stated we were going to be early and he then arranged to come immediately to avoid making us wait.

Villa was spacious. Staff quickly reacted on our requests / complaints. Heated swimming pool.

Very mixed feelings. On one hand staff reacted quickly, on other hand everything should have been sorted before we arrived so we should not have waisted our time. Below whole list: When we arrived the Villa was dirty and we were not expected. It took at least 4 hours to get the willa clean. All day was ruined. Willa is poorly maintained: dirty sofa, dirty tiles, broken lights, falling out sockets, not closing doors, damaged kitchen, dead plants, broken vacuum and kettle. Some things were fixed when we asked, but not all. Another disappointment were beds, they were 150, however when we asked we were told 180. Pillows are rubbish, we had to ask for better ones. Water boiler is only 50L which is way too small for 4 bedroom house. Considering that when we booked the Villa it was definitely not cheapest in it's class, expectations were much higher, at least that the things that are there to be working and not broken. Thanks to the staff for fixing most things, but again, that should have been done beforehand. Overall: bad.

Felix met us at the property on our arrival. He was lovely and very welcoming

Wifi was not so good in some of the outside spaces.

Exterior needed maintenance ie many lights not working. Pool cover straps need replacing and pool sides repainting Also no one appeared to clean it Garden plants need attention
