Private House Niki Kalymnos

This house is magic! Beautifully finished, in an amazing location, with million dollar views. Away from the traffic and noise, yet close (10-15mins) to either Pothia (south, south-east, center and port) or Kantouni - Mirties - Masouri (north, north west) area. Front of the house with terrace or backyard with flowers and olive trees - table and chairs to sit wherever you wish. The highlight - Mr Manoli (owner) coming by to check on us (three ladies) and bringing baked goods. Very grateful for this experience.

Above and beyond all expectations! Great location at the top of the hill with beautiful view with silent and cozy surroundings. It is however recommended to have some form of vehicle. For us, scooter was good enought. The house itself was beautiful and clean with all types of equipment neccesary for making food, washing clothes etc. And the private garden was amazing for some barbeque dinners. Last, But not least. The host Manolis, great man who really made us feel welcomed. The breakfast provised by him at arrival was just one of many things appreciated. However, best Booking experience I have ever had, would recommend to everyone. Thank You House Niki :)

Cleanness and hospitality is top notch! Owners helped to enchance our stay with great enthusiasm. They are so sweet people. The villa is at the very center of the island, so it is close to both northern and southern beaches and best restaurants. It is not like other studios: it has a great porch looking over Panarmos and lineria bay while it has a garden at back for a picnic or hanging the laundry; while from strech film to essentials in the fridge, excess number of wardrobes to paper towels the house offers a real home comfort! And that silence! Thats increadible after a activity full day. You dont get morning sun on the porch so it is great to have a breakfast there.

Spacious, clean with full amenities. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you need. Beautiful front view, large backgarden, attentive hosts.

I believe the best accomodation on the island of Kalymnos for those, who want spacious rooms, modern environment, calm surroundings and very friendly hosts. Newly constructed house, modern refurbishment and hosts who really care.

Our host was very cool, friendly and helpful. We loved the house, which was basically new and cleanliness was top notch. It's amazingly well furnished. The views from the terrace were great. And also the welcome food in fridge and fresh croissants was a very nice gesture.

It was exceptionally clean and the owner and manager were extremely hospitable, kind and helpful. The place has all you need for an enjoyable stay. It has a great view and is very quiet.

If you are very tall not all of the beds might fit you comfortably.
