Lovely Villa Nico Playa Blanca, hot tub, communal pool

Die Lage war etwas ausserhalb. Ein Pkw ist schon nötig für die Einkäufe etc.

Das Haus ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche müsste mal aufgefrischt werden.

Zuerst einmal ein großer Lob an Mona und Danke. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert! Danke nochmal Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für die kühleren Nächte gibt es auch noch Bettdecken in den Schränken. Wer deutsche Sender benötigt, die Fernbedienung auf HDMI 3 umstellen, funktioniert super. Die schöne Terasse mit dem Whirlpool haben wir sehr genossen. Aber am schönsten ist der kleine Garten mit Bäumen und Streuchern. Sonne und Schatten den ganzen Tag. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und man fühlt sich richtig wohl.

2 Decken für das Wohnzimmer wären noch schön gewesen für die Zweite Woche eine zweite Garnitur Badetücher wäre sehr hilfreich (extra die Waschmaschine für die 2 Tücher einschalten lohnt sich nicht).

Villa Nico ist eine Oase ☺️🌴🌺 Ankommen und wohlfühlen Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen können wunderbar auf der Terrasse stattfinden Die chillout-Area ( weiße Sessel) bittet sich wunderbar für einen Sundowner 🍹🍸🍺 an bevor gegrillt wird Die Villa ist lichtdurchflutet und persönlich eingerichtet Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt Von Anfang bis Ende gut organisiert und betreut Es gab keine Probleme oder Schwierigkeiten Danke 🙏 Mona

Die Matratze im kleinen Doppelzimmer (Bad außerhalb) könnte ausgewechselt werden

The villa was very nice and in peaceful surroundings, ideal for a relaxing time with family. Very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen provided everything you need for holiday, the washing machine was a bonus! Liked the fact you could lock the gate so you could leave the doors and windows open for air flow. Although the air-con is on a timer, if not used in the day ( don't need to if doors/ windows open) the bedroom can use it during the night, which was beneficial for my menopausal relative! If you like walking the main town is walkable distance but really need a car for shopping and exploring Lanzarote.

Negatives are 1) The site advertises toiletries, but only hand wash was available, so I had to buy a shower gel, which I left for the next guest. 2) No sea view from terrace as advertised. 3) No instructions for TV and channels are either Spanish or German, although Paramount channel has English films but you have to navigate to change to English and turn off subtitles.

La casa ha sido muy cómoda para disfrutar en familia, en todos los aspectos. Tranquilidad que es lo que buscaba. De allí nos hemos ido desplazando y visitando la isla. Hay playas cercanas muy recomendables como Playa Mujeres. Aunque bajé alguna mañana dando un paseo a Playa Flamingo que también me gustó. Supermercados cercanos también hay, para ir en coche . El tener parking en la misma casa para poder llegar y salir sin problemas es muy positivo La cocina con todo el menaje necesario, muy amplia La casa tiene muuuuucha luz, el jardín, el jacuzzi, es toda muy cómoda y hemos estado mejor que en casa La piscina comunitaria muy bien también, muy cómoda y todo muy tranquilo La comunicación con quien gestiona la casa ha sido muy buena y es de agradecer.

La cama individual le resultó dura a mi hija, solo eso, no sé si es por estar acostumbrada a la suya
