In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50. Please note that social events are not allowed at this property. Please note that electricity is not included in the price and has an extra charge of EUR 0.30 per kW. Please note that the swimming pool is shared. Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory. Guests need to get in touch with the property within a maximum of 3 days after the confirmation of the booking to confirm their age.
