Very well appointed villa in a great location Our host Thorsten was very approachable and helpful

The Villa is beautiful and modern. Much bigger than we expected. Large living room, kitchen and outside area. Spotlessly clean. High quality bedding, towels ,crockery etc. Heated pool. We were a family of 8 and were so comfortable. The location is amazing . Less than 5 minute walk to the main strip and beach. Lots of excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. The Villa is on a residential road and is really quiet especially at night. Excellent communication from Thorsten and always replied quickly to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return in the future.

Thorsten was a brilliant host, he was there but not there if you know what I mean ;) which for us was perfect! When he was occasionally needed for something he was thoughtful and attentive, he made everything straightforward from start to finish, even provided us with a welcome pack as we arrived quite late… the perfect host! The villa is in a superb location, pleasantly quiet and yet a only a couple of minutes walk to many restaurants, a decent sized grocery store and the Playa Grande beach - it’s right in the heart of the PDC strip! Inside, the accommodation is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well presented. The living room has a smart tv and huge sofa and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a large dining table, big fridge/freezer and lots of very useful information. Outside you have the utility room and the space for drying clothes, which is out of eyeshot close to the garage. The heated pool is a real highlight and was enjoyed every day (we struggled to keep the kids out of it). There are more sun beds and towels than you’ll know what to do with and brollies for shade - there’s even a selection of pool inflatables and goggles that have been accumulated and stored in a box outside, we added to the collection too ;) All the facilities in the villa are practical and it’s very well equipped, including fast WiFi, all of which makes it easy to quickly settle in. Other guests mention how comfortable and relaxed they felt here, and I would agree. It’s a place that balances convenience with a sense of calm & quiet, which made the stay very, very enjoyable. An easy 10/10!

There’s nothing to dislike!

First time in a villa with the family of eight and it was fantastic couldnt fault it .it was five minutes to strip and had everything and more that we needed all the family love it will be back in a few years definitely. If you book it you will not be disappointed. Happyholidays
