I really liked the location of the apartments. Great price for this location. Сomfortable yard.

The floor in the apartment was very dirty. I was also upset by the presence of cockroaches in the apartment. Terrible Wi-Fi.

Brilliant Villa, amazing Location. The communication between the owner and myself was easy, fast and very helpful. Everything you could need for a family holiday was provided, the only downside is lack of pool, but you are less then 2 seconds from a beautiful cove beach so not really a problem at all. We did bring a little baby pool for our toddler, easy to fill as there was a hose pipe outside. There was also a shaded area ideal for him to play with out worry, plenty of kitchen ware, toilet roll was more then enough and TV and WiFi in all communal and bedroom areas. Also the bed in the main bedroom is HUGE fit me, my husband and our toddler with ease! Would definitely recommend this villa, will 100% be booking again.

Slight stain on the couch but probably a guests oily suncream mark which can't be removed. Big bedroom had a bit of a lumpy mattress but still miles better then what we normally find in a hotel in lanzarote.

Fantastic location right on the beach front. Having our own patio to sit out on the sun loungers or to sit on the patio seating area enjoying the amazing views. Home from home feel with the apartment, everything you need for a holiday home.

Superb location - step out of the property onto Play Chica beach, which is lovely. Really good size bedrooms and living room. Lovely long terrace for sitting out on but good shade if you need it. Ideally situated between Puerto del Carmen strip and old town. Front door onto promenade and back door onto road was useful.

No hanging space in wardrobes to accommodate long items (dresses etc.). Wipe round cloths and washing machine capsules not provided (tea towels and sponge scourers were provided though). Hand wash dispensers would have been nice.

Perfect location Playa Chica only 15 Mt's from door, perfect for a morning swim, short walk to old town also not far from the strip
