Very spacious property

Lack of maintenance , misses some basic comforts like cushions on sofa . Basic essentials like salt n pepper and a first aid kit would be nice, got a bad cut on wall of pool as coating is coming off

The outside space needs updating

I liked the private pool, location wasn’t too far from town , and restaurants. Cleaner was friendly.

Had lots of issues with hot water and a leak . No where to keep luggage. Check out time too early.

Spacious , clean, had a pool which was clean, quiet, near to busses and supermarkets. Compfy beds.

No soap to wash hands, no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. No plastic bags for the rubbish bins. No cleaning products for cleaning the kitchen work surfaces. When you only go for a week you aren’t going to bring all those things with you on the plane. The outside cushions on the sun-loungers didn’t look great. The kitchen could have been better equipped. We were only two people but if there had been 6 more than one chopping knife would have been good and a bread knife. There were enough glasses for us but barely enough for 6. More instructions about the telly would have been helpful. It was through trial and error that we found English tv channels. More plugs for charging phones etc would have been good.

The location is great, 3 minute walk to Lidl, 10 minutes to old town, a longer walk to the strip.

The villa is dated, needs some work on it.. Doors hard to open and a fusty spell when we arrived. Towels are old and very thin. There's no extras in the kitchen, like washing up cloths, washing up liquid, no salt or condiments, so we had to buy all and only there for a few days. Outside pool takes up most of the area, and it's very deep. We asked for it heated, but wasn't on arrival, the manager came very quick (10mins) and switched it on, but takes 24 hours to heat, we didn't notice any difference when we were leaving, thou charged £30.

With was a good location , nice and spacious house. Staff were helpful when responding to messages

Property felt a bit run down , it’s very dated and old but really needs an update , the kitchen has a constant stickiness to it.

Very poor standard of upkeep. Looks like no maintenance being done. Property is very tired. Doors all jamming. Paint peeling. Towels all worn out. The scheduled Healy check never happened

Clean villa with everything you could need. Had an older Spanish like appearence/decor but was very comfortable. Located in a quiet area but only a short walk to the old town. Bit further for the main strip. Left the keys inside accidentally. A call to the management team and a spare set provided in no time.

If you walk back from the main strip it's a bit of a walk, up hill. But much of Peurto del Carmen is like that if your not right at the front.
