Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Also when using a BBQ that it is left clean and tidy or a min additional cleaning fee of AUD 50.00 will be charged. Early check in from 10am and Late check out up to 12pm for an additional AUD 60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 500 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
