Villa Aphrodite and Villa Apollo 4 bedroom

Couldn’t fault a thing

We stayed at Villa Aphrodite in January 2023. It was exceptional and we would definitely stay again! Keys: Key collection was quick and easy - there's a security box that you'll be able to access the keys from, and the same when you're leaving. No need to wait around to meet someone. Kitchen: The kitchen was huge, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen was like a dream kitchen - words can't explain just how good it is. You're provided with washing powder, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloths, towels etc. There's also plenty of cooking equipment from pots and pans, to utensils. Room for improvement - a welcome basket would be a nice touch. Many other villas do this - welcome packs with drinking water, bread, handwash etc. Even just a bottle of water would be nice. Bedrooms / Bathrooms: There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all spacious and the master bedroom's bed is comfortable. This room also has an en-suite with a good-sized shower. Towels and toilet rolls are provided. The towels were a bit rough and could do with an upgrade. The Villa would also really benefit from a full-length mirror so you can see yourself before heading out! Living Room: There's a very cosy couch with a huge TV (~65")! They even have an Amazon Firestick there with apps like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and Spotify. Pool / Patio: The pool is heated and decently sized. It's a real sun-trap. The patio is clean and has plenty of loungers. There's also a barbecue, which we didn't use (this time!). Security: The Villa is in a safe and secure area. It has an alarm for added peace of mind. There's a safe in one of the bedrooms to leave any valuables. Cleanliness: Well maintained, inside and out. The maid cleans the villa every 2 or 3 days between 10:00 and 16:00. The pool cleaner cleans the pool and patio 3 times per week, usually between 7:30am and 9:30am. There's also a gardener.

The below points are minor in the grand scheme of things, but may be important for others. Despite the villa being exceptionally well equipped and spacious, our only issue was the lack of privacy. Firstly, the maids can arrive at any point during a 6-hour window, and you're not told what days they're coming (unless you specifically ask). The pool cleaner is supposed to be there early in the morning, however, one of the days, he appeared just as we were about to get in to the pool at ~1pm. The gardener just showed up unannounced another day. All of these people have their own keys, so can come and go as they like. It's nice that the company takes pride in the upkeep of the property, however, for the price you're paying, you'd expect to be given the privacy you're obviously after when booking a private villa with a private pool. Be advised that in Villa Aphrodite (and even more so in Villa Apollo), you are overlooked by the neighbours and from the apartments across the road. On our first two days, there was a man staring out his window - maybe just unlucky timing, but he was there a lot... -_-

This villa was ideal for couples or family stays. Near to all amenities including beach. The villa was superb, very clean and all facilities that you could require. Thoroughly recommend
