La villa é fantastica e la vista dal balcone é stupenda. Siamo stati in famiglia con due bambini e la combinazione tra la vicinanza alle spiaggie e la piscina ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile

Pool etwas "eng"; kleiner als im Bild erwartet aber ok Internet im Keller nicht stabil

The host was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and always available when we needed something. The house itself has a beautiful location with stunning panoramic views, and the swimming pool was lovely — clean, well-maintained, and great for a dip during the day. With better clarity around the twin-villa structure and house rules, this could be a great place for groups or families looking for a more social, lively holiday.

The neighboring unit was occupied by a large group with several children who were often loud, even late at night and during siesta hours. Due to very limited sound insulation and our bedroom facing their pool, we experienced frequent disturbances, especially affecting our toddler’s sleep. We wish the setup and potential for noise had been communicated more clearly.

Villa Sa Rocca Manna was the perfect place. So peaceful and relaxing, with everything we needed. The host kindly left some refreshments in the fridge and Ice creams in the freezer. There were plenty of towels and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us. The kids loved the pool and it was a great place to relax and unwind during siesta. Franco greeted us on arrival and he truly is the most pleasant person. He could not do enough to help and answered any questions we had promptly. Near the Villa were a few restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance and plenty of beaches to visit nearby by car within a few minutes too. As is typical in Sardinia, the locals were all really friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful too. I already miss our evenings on the balcony sipping wine.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We loved everything, Franco was a great host and even helped us book a boat tour that was amazing. The house is spotless and equipped with the things you need to make meals at home if you choose. The beds and linens were very comfortable, the AC worked great. The pool was so clean and refreshing on hot afternoons. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset and the water in the distance. Nearby eateries were great. Would highly recommend.

That we had to leave :(

The location was excellent in a very quiet town with lovely views of the coastline and mountains. Franco was an exceptional who helped with everything we asked advice on. As we arrived around 10.30pm he collected pizzas for us and refused payment. He also provided coffee, wine, milk and soft drinks . We ate breakfast on the terrace , and dinner if we were not going out. The barbeque was brand new and very easy to use. The local supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away and stocked most essentials. Mirage Restaurant we can highly recommend and it is just 10 mins walk away from the villa. The best beach we visited was only 10 minutes away by car. We stayed May 21st to May28th and the Mirage restaurant was the only one open at this time of year. The season began on the 28th. This suitsed us as it was exceptionally quiet and relaxing and the roads very easy to drive on .

Although we appreciated the peace and quiet it was disappointing that there was only one place to eat withing walking distance.

A group of 5 plus 2 kids stayed and it was perfect. The villa is close to many amazing beaches and has the convenience of a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk and 3 restaurants walking distance (even though we had cars). The owner is very helpful and would answer any question we had and was very understanding when our child accidentally damaged something. I would recommend this place to anyone.
