Luxury Anabel Villa

Very spacious, good pool area

Nowhere to put your rubbish, hot water didn’t always work

The size, the pool area, quiet location, supermarket and taxi rank nearby. Lovely 35 min walk into tiwn along the coastline.

I have stayed at these villas 4 times, 3 with another host. These villas are classed as luxury bit unfortunately this villa does not meet the standard of luxury. The basic things were provided and nothing more. A lot of items were broken, for example in tthe kitchen the kettle, the airer, the kickboards hanging off, the pool net broke, lots of things needed repairing or replacing. We weren't even provided sufficient towels or toilet roll. There were no cleaning supplies apart from handwash and for washing dishes. No welcome pack. The sun loungers were stained and tatty... the plastic chairs were a mismatch and cheap and worn. There wasnt even a sun umbrella by the pool. No towel hangers in the bathroom to hang your towel. The main bathroom was reaally dark aswell as the walk in wardrobe as there was hardly any natural light.There were too many issues to list here. Whilst out, twice someone came in and pulled the cover over the pool, which we then had to pull back when we got back in so we could get in it. I'm not sure why they did this whilst we were staying there, we were not advised someone be coming onto the property. Plus given we had popped out both times I felt we mustve been watched. I didn't like that at all. Overall this villa is not a patch on the others ive stayed in here, I was quite disappointed to say the least. This villa, whilst functional, does not cut it to be classed as luxury and needs a lot of TLC.

Lovely big villa with great sized rooms. Pool is great and warm. Nice quiet area no issues of noise. The safe in the master bedroom was a bonus.

It’s a little far from bars but taxi and bus route close bye.

THE POOL NEEDED CLEANING SO NEVER USED IT WITCH WAS DISAPOINTING.

Great place with all facilities provided. Nice weather to eat breakfast outside? No problem, there is a table at the terrace. Little windy so you wish to stay inside? A lot of space there as well. Large supermarket 100 metres away to buy fresh bread (and everything you like) every morning. Rent-a-car is a must on Lanzarote and there is enough place to park it in front of the house. Just be careful not the block the sidewalk. Great location Costa Teguise allows you to travel to any place in Lanzarote in 30-45 minutes.

The photo’s were very true to the villa.

The photo’s didn’t include a noisy main road and bus route to rear of villa. Also welcome pack would be handy with Wi-Fi and taxi details etc, bus times and baggage storage number. There is no baggage storage in the villa when you vacate, we had to look online and there is a place in town. This sort of information would be good to know in a welcome pack. You are are a good way out of the main area, but there is a good bus service and taxi near by. This would be good to know.

A lovely property with spacious rooms and a really nice outside space by the pool. we also enjoyed using the pool table & yoga area. nice touch. thanks Zoe & Jorge . :)
