Here’s a polished, positive review with a professional, balanced tone — warm but credible, and not over-the-top: We had a lovely stay at this property. The house is spacious, well laid out, and ideal for a family getaway. The rooms are generous, the design is elegant, and the pool was a great feature. If you’re looking for luxury accommodation on the Sunshine Coast, this is a great option — it’s located in a lovely suburb and offers plenty of space and comfort to relax. We did have a minor issue during our stay, which was ultimately resolved amicably. The host was pragmatic and accommodating in working through it with us. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we would happily stay again.

The property was quite spacious for family use. Good privacy Good facility for laundry Note shops are not close by, but within 10-minute drive (Coles) Towels & linen were clean Good board games and pool table available. Plunge pool available Great views of the golf course Good walking tracks

Generally, the place was good however there can be improvements that can lead it to being superb. a) Could only get into the place after 3.00pm more flexibility be provided for those travelling some distance. Checkout time is 10.00 am b) No ability to use the garage to house the car - no protection in case of hail which can occur in sunshine coast c) Suggest light switches be marked to ensure easy use d) Kitchen was limited stocked. Suggest kitchen paper towel, kitchen foil, kitchen garbage bags and a drying dish tray be provided. Note adequate toilet rolls were provided e) the internet was a hit and miss; suggest internet boosters be installed or indicate to guests beforehand very limited internet is available. To alleviate it, we had to hot-spot to watch movies.

The property is big enough for everyone to have their space, well equipped with everything you could want, plenty of towels and linen, great pool and beautiful natural light.

The location means you need a car to get to the beach but it’s nice and quiet and totally convenient for everything else.

Pool was great including night lights Kitchen was well equipped and a great space Great to have a washing machine and functional laundry

A drying rack inside would have been helpful when it rained each day Shade above or around the pool could have been nice so on the really hot days we could still enjoy the pool and outdoor area We thought it was closer to the beach but only a short drive so not an issue

The home was lovely, backdrop being the golf course. Everything we needed was provided. Hosts easy to contact and answered queries promptly Appreciated the background information on places to go, eat etc

The location is perfect, the open plan layout that flows from indoor to outdoor area with big windows that bring great natural light in the house is fantastic .. it is a beautiful home.

The artificial grass, gets too hot and a bit smelly and there is no shade over the pool, An umbrella in the corner would be perfect.

overall , it was a lovely house, comfortable beds, just needs TLC from the property management in some areas such as pest control.

Empty items in the pantry such as salt and oil. The garden and bbq area were covered in animal droppings, the pool didn’t come with instructions to remove the cover, we didn’t go in it but it looked dirty and since there were droppings and leaves everywhere there was no way we could use the garden anyway. Ants in the kitchen area. An animal in the ceiling kept us awake all night on night 1 of 4 so we decided to check out early so they could sort out their pest control issues. They later said it was a mouse but we all know there is never just one mouse. My family and I felt pest control is a big issue, especially with a young child and had it been my property I’d have issued a refund for the remaining days at the very least for the inconvenience. I go on holiday to relax and I did not feel relaxed here. They gave us a ‘partial’ refund, but to me that’s just bad customer service.
