The Location was nice and near to all facilities including the beach The view from terrace was great Full Equipped kitchen The whole villa was exact as pictures

The property was not clean as my expected standards of cleanliness Ants on the floor inside the property and inside the kitchen - Insects and many lizards/Geckos in outdoor terrace & garden Bathrooms can be more stylish. specially the upper floor bathroom The Host English was very poor which made communication difficult

The house is located on a hill far from the village of San Vito, the road is unpaved and not well lit, you need a car. The property has parking and a terrace downstairs with a beautiful view of the sea. On the side of the house there is a small swimming pool, good for a little bit of fun. The outdoor side has a water hose, sink, table, chairs and clothesline. The living area is a good size, the dining is a little cramped. There is a bed in the living area but no curtains on the window to protect from sunlight. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, it was missing a can opener, trash bags and maybe add a paper roll. It would have been nice to find the fridge turned on, since it was hot and we had food with us, also it smelled pretty bad. Ants are a huge problem in the kitchen. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and a small washer that needs a bleach cycle, it smelled! Upstairs are two bedrooms with ac, a second bathroom with a shower. The hot water boiler is upstairs and too small, 4 people cannot shower consecutively. The water pressure in the shower upstairs is low, the one downstairs was a little better. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Sunlight curtains were really good. The window mosquito’s net were broken. Needs more door hooks to hung clothes and towels since there are not wardrobes but only dressers. The house was clean.

I personally don’t like when the owner shows up unannounced to add chemicals to the pool. A message would have been nice. Also we had to pay for the city tax (tassa di soggiorno) for our children that are 10 and 9 years old. Children up to 10 years old are exempt almost everywhere in Italy. When I brought it up to the owner, they said they didn’t know anything about it, even though you pay them cash and they pay their local council. I had to take it to Booking.com since the owner didn’t want to be bother to deal with them. After few messages to Booking, 4 days later I got the money back. A simple online research of Tassa di soggiorno with the name of the city you are visiting and you’ll get all the info you need. I wonder who is cashing the extra money and for how long it has been going on.

The view was amazing, host was nice

Could have been cleaner, lot of things are broken and dirty, unfortunetly the photos from booking are very old.

Everything… the villa was beautiful and everything we hoped for.. we left a tip for the owner.
