Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offered breathtaking sea views. We loved the peaceful and private atmosphere while still being conveniently located near Koh Samui’s best attractions. The thoughtful details, comfort, and luxury made it feel like a true home away from home. A special mention to Thomas, whose hospitality, local recommendations, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. The property, service, location, and overall experience were excellent throughout our stay.

Утром поют птицы, светит солнце, и каждый момент здесь приносит удовольствие. Великолепное место, которое хочется рекомендовать всем без исключения!

The property was beautiful! The suite had an amazing view and was very clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The food prepared by the chef was delicious.

Great views, close to a fantastic & quiet beach, good chef (we enjoyed à la carte breakfast daily), good in villa massages, nice little gym and accommodating hosts. We’ve been to Thailand 15 or so times, and Koh Samui 5 times so we’ve experienced a good variety of accommodation options.

Check in experience was a bit uncomfortable as the villa was extremely hot, not taking card payments so required cash or a passport for a deposit, cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, road noise & being told there was only a certain amount of electricity included. I don’t think it lived up to the 9.9/10 booking.com review score but I think the offer of free wine in return for a good rating is maybe why.

The villa was absolutely stunning - beautiful design, incredible sea views, and an amazing sense of privacy and calm throughout the stay. Everything was spotless and very thoughtfully maintained. The team was exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The combination of luxury, comfort, and hospitality made it feel like a home away from home.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. The roads leading up to the villa are a bit steep at times, but that’s also what gives the property its breathtaking elevated views, so it was well worth it.
