"Had a great and very relaxing week. It was a lovely apartment to stay in, despite a few niggles."

Location was good. There were restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk and recycling facilities within a minute's walk. The area was quiet, peaceful and felt safe. The upstairs terrace was fabulous. It was spacious with lovely views. The apartment was also spacious and the kitchen was very good and well equipped.

The plug below the TV was coming off the wall, and it's also quite a few feet from the TV, so bring an extension lead if you're bringing a firestick. The pool wasn't very clean but it was too cold to use, so we didn't inform the owner until we were leaving, and I'm sure he would have rectified the problem had we told him. It would have have been nice to have had the option of heating the pool, but we knew that this wasn't available before we went. There was a safety lattice attached to the spindles at the top of the stairs which didn't look very good, and probably wouldn't have been very effective at preventing children from falling through. A small fridge downstairs would have been a bonus as the kitchen is upstairs.

The quietness of the area, yet only a 15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. The main strip of Puerto del Carmen is a 25 minute walk or 5 mins on the local bus

The property was lovely, it was very clean, had everything you needed, it is in a great location and the contact with the staff was very good and very detailed with all information about the island and things to do.

The only thing I could say that was negative was there was no English channels on the tv but that’s the only negative. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet location. Close to local amenities and beach. Very well equipped. Very nice pool area.

It was a little chilly during our stay, but not much can be done about that.

The house is lovely. Not far from the beach. Nice view of sea , beach from terrace. They are very helpful if you need anything. House is well equipped. Free WiFi good signal.

The location was perfect from our point of view situated 2 mins from Pocillos beach, close to Matagorda yet only 15 mins from centre of Puerto del Carmen. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and comms with owner were great. Access via key press code. All very easy and convenient.
