Villa Sinialo

Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad. Mooi huisje, beneden badkamer heeft dringend renovatie nodig. Maar alles wat je nodig had was er behalve houtskool voor de BBQ. Groot nadeel zijn de matrassen, die zijn erg hard en je voelt de veren in je lichaam prikken.

De bedden hebben een nieuw matras nodig op zeer korte termijn dan is er niets aan te merken wand niet confertabel is niet fijn en de beneden douch is ook aan vervanging toe douchen achter plastic gordijn niet meer van deze tijd in de keuken is alles aanwezig maar met een persoon voor tweede persoon sta je elkaar in de weg.

Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage am Hang mit Blick auf die Bucht und Corfu Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für 4 Personen optimal. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Es ist sehr ruhig, super zum Entspannen.

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich und definitiv nichts für Fahranfänger oder Leute mit Höhenangst. Sehr eng, sehr steil und viele Kurven und Gegenverkehr. Man braucht ein gut motorisiertes Fahrzeug und gute Bremsen.

It's a good option for a reasonable price if you have a car. The views are simply amazing from the terrace with a pool. Sunsets and sunrises are the best time here. There are several cozy beaches nearby, I personally suggest Kaminaki. About the things we needed we communicated through a manager, not directly with the host. Manager replied fast but the answers from the host were not always clear. After all we got things sorted, of course, but it took a bit of time

If you don't have a car staying here can be quite challenging because the way down from the villa is really long. Also there are no supplies in the kitchen and no supermarket nearby to where you can simply walk and buy everything. So come prepared, buy everything you need on the way to the villa! Also keep in mind that wifi is not very stable, so if you plan to work remotely it can be a challenge

We loved the pool with the amazing views. The pool was a very pleasant temperature when we visited at the end of September. The villa was spacious, several bathrooms and two balcony’s. Nice covered terrace for eating. We actually liked that it was so far up the winding hill as it gave a lovely seclusion but might be tricky for some if they aren’t a confident driver. Nice big fridge freezer. Comfy sofas. Good air con in the bedrooms. WiFi good and reached to the far side of the pool with no issues.

The kitchen was very small so quite hard to cook in. The beds were a little uncomfortable but not too bad. The showers are handheld as there are no hooks to attach to the wall above the head. There was no fan or air con in the kitchen / living area which made it hot in the evening.

There is no air con or fan in the kitchen or sitting room so it gets very hot, even when the windows are open. The kitchen is tiny, only room for one person at a time. The drive up to the property takes around 15 minutes up hairpin bends (13), sharp turns, 45 degree inclines/declines, single track roads so you need a good car to power you up the mountain! Can be quite scary. Lots of wasps, ants and crickets, among other creatures, which is to be expected but I wasn’t expecting quite so many! No welcome pack - after a long journey, some water, milk, fruit and bread would have been helpful.

Views were amazing and villa was clean.

Drive up to the villa! It was very steep, narrow and bendy and we kept meeting lorries due to building work nearby.

The view was incredible. The pool was big and warm. The villa was a good layout and not too big.

The bathrooms were a little old fashioned but it didn't matter as you spend very little time in them.
