location, location, location. gorgeous villa and gardens, lovely pool area, comfy beds, excellent service from Marinella.

The pool was not heated which was a huge disappointment as we had really cold weather so it was impossible to swim, no cushions on the plastic sun beds, no outdoor settee until we asked for one which was provided within 48 hours (great service) and no plastic glassware for the poolside. The villa is in a very exposed location so there is little respite from the almost constant wind - but if it’s hot then the wind is very welcome. with a little more attention to the quality of furnishings and sun beds this villa could easily score much higher. when the weather is good this is a fabulous place to be.
