Baan View Talay Pool Villas

Everything was exactly as described, if not even better. The villa was spacious and had a very well-stocked fridge with plenty of complimentary drinking water and snacks available at incredibly affordable prices. The infinity pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. Saffy was exceptionally friendly and helpful, arranging complimentary transport to the beautiful Yao Beach and later organising transport back to the pier at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and escape the busy tourist areas. If you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of days, I’d recommend hiring a car or scooter to explore the area more easily.

Breakfast was delicious and made to order. I especially loved the mango and passionfruit smoothie and the fresh fruit platter. The on‑demand shuttle to both beaches was very convenient, and it was great to be able to order food to the room with the host’s help. The private pool and views were definite highlights. Bathroom toiletries were provided, and the daily towel changes were perfect for beach days. The beach bag was a thoughtful touch as well. Free water was provided daily, and the minibar was well stocked. The villa arranged our transfer for 900 baht each way (compared to the 1,200 baht I was quoted elsewhere), which was excellent value. Our ferry arrived earlier than expected, and an earlier pickup from the port was organised promptly and we able to check-in before the official check-in time.

The bathroom had a large window with only the lower portion covered, which made me feel quite exposed, especially at night with the light on. There was some road noise at night from the scooters. The air‑con in the second room didn’t cool properly and I had to keep it at 16 degrees. I had seen this mentioned in an older review, so it may be an ongoing issue.

Incredible infinity pool overlooking forest and beach. Super clean, large space with well stocked fridge. Location walkable down to the village and beach (10 mins) but still high enough for views. Lovely breakfast included

Everything: the villa was immaculate, spacious, with a large lounge area by the pool. The mini bar was well stocked:-)) The view was mesmerising. Both beaches were lovely, and the free shuttles up and down were definitely a bonus! Beds very comfy! Great showers! The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of a cooked dish and a big plate of various fruits. Coffee was great too The staff was very kind and Saffy truly made us feel at home.

L’organisation au top, les scooters deja prêts, le service de restoration directement livré au bord de la piscine, vous êtes au top !!! D’ailleurs etant futur investiteur j’aimerais m’entretenir avec le patron afin de lui demander conseil. Encore merci 🙏🏽

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der schönen Pool villa gehabt den Pool haben wir mehrmals genossen und das frühstück war sensationell. Saffy hat sich so toll um alles gekümmert und hat alles top organisiert von Shuttle über Ausflug tipps alles. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Konten wunderbar abschalten Danke für diese Woche

I just cannot recommend this place enough. First of all, the villa was fantastic. Unbeatable views, clean and big pool, a few different areas to rest in the terrace. The villa was clean, well maintained. Housekeeping everyday. Communication with Julanee and Saffy was always easy and fast - they were always so friendly and helpfull, they helped to arrange a pick up from the pier and to rent a car that was delivered basically to our door. Another highlight was breakfast - so many great and healthy choices from the menu, huge portions, fresh fruit of our choice as a dessert everyday. One day we left very early for a tour and we were definetly very sad that we missed breakfast. If we ever go back to Koh Phangan… I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. Just book one of these villas and you will feel the same.
