"The stay was good."

The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall.

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

I had a wonderful stay. Ilan was so welcoming and helpful and was in touch both before and during my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The premises themselves were absolutely excellent: all in ship-shape, clean and modern. The one-room apartment was very spacious and the bathroom also modern.

The stairs that need to be climbed (15, I think). Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked because of my mobility limitations; and going up/down a steep slope to get to the premises was also uncomfortable for elderly people like me.
