Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Πολύ όμορφο το κατάλυμα .

Η τοποθεσία διότι είναι δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ παραμελημένος ( η μεγάλη ελιά στην αυλή ήθελε κλάδεμα , υπήρχαν παντού ξερά φύλλα ) Το μπάνιο πάρα πολύ απογοητευτικό και παραμελημένο ( δεν είχε θέση για τα σαμπουάν ,μύριζε πάρα πολύ η αποχέτευση και το ντουζ ήταν πολύ πρόχειρα φτιαγμένο και πολύ στενό ) Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν ενδελεχής και δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε βασικός εξοπλισμός όπως χαρτί κουζίνας ή ταμπλέτες για το πλυντήριο ) Το σπίτι δεν είχε σίτες

First and foremost is the beauty of the island of Alonissos, which is well worth traveling to. Location of the house is very nice at Leftos Gialos, its a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful bay. It has a swimming pool, but this is only for splashing. The two beach bars on the bay are great. You can enjoy a delicious meal there and you will be served at your comfortable beachbed where you have a beautiful view of the blue water. Given the location, which is a 15-minute drive from the harbor and the old village, you will need a car, quad or scooter.

It is a really nice house but unfortunately outdated, the roof covering was hanging down in front of the kitchen window. The bed is vintage and far too small by modern standards and not comfortable due to a bad mattress. Garden has become shabby with a messy corner with cleaning supplies. There are no screens on the windows against insects. No parasol at the beachbeds. Laundry rack in poor condition. Washbasin was torn. The sunbeds were discolored, as were the 2 director's chairs at the dining table, which made them look dirty. Finally, the house has no heat-resistant roof insulation, so the temperature inside is very high, only the bedroom has a well-functioning air conditioner.

The location is amazing. You can potter down a short track and you’re at the gorgeous beach which has 2 very lovely restaurants. Really enjoyed the beach in the early eve when all the day trippers had gone home as it was then deserted - amazing! Swimming pool is more of a plunge pool as very small but was lovely to cool off in. Air conditioning in bedroom works well.

Property is very basic. Shower is very small with a shower curtain and no room to move but plenty of hot water. Washing machine didn’t work clothes came out sopping wet with undissolved detergent on them. The WiFi does not work. The property itself does not have WiFi but they have put WiFi extender plugs into it to use the WiFi from their other property just up the road - presumably to save money. It is useless, and clearly not reflective of Alonossis being a remote island as the beach restaurants at Leptos Galios (and everywhere else) had functioning WiFi. The bed is small, with a solid foot end and I found even myself at 5ft 5in/166cm hitting my feet if I didn’t have my head at the very top of the bed. It would be really bad for a tall person. The mattress is also quite uncomfortable. Eleonas (one of the beach restaurants) also have suites you can stay in. They looked beautiful and if we were to go again we would book these - although they are about twice the price. We booked very last minute and so the accommodation choice on the island was quite limited.

Great location - lovely and quiet and away from it all! Pool is great for cooling off. Restaurants nearby (as in right next door) in the high season but not open when we were there in May

We were there at the beginning of the season - property hadn’t had a thorough pre-season check and ‘airing’. It felt a little damp and a number of things needed attending to - we fed this back and were assured it would be dealt with. If they are then we wouldn’t hesitate to return - delightful little villa in a great location
