It was a lovely property with excellent location

The property entrance alley had piles of black rubbish bins and the neighbours were a bad sight as they were sitting outside on sofas all the time with loud music and smoking.

Location was great, we were booked into ZipWorld so it was a few minutes away. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The neighbours were helpful with parking our car as it is a tight squeeze. Everyone in Blaenau Festiniog is friendly but don't expect posh restaurants and cosy pubs!

Although neighbours are very friendly they can get a bit rowdy :). The pubs are 'old school' and eating out is more functional than inspiring but we had a great time, met some fun locals and had a great time. We are all physically fit but the house layout wouldn't suit anyone with physical disabilities. We parked our car OK (Evoke) but a big/long car wouldn't be easy to park or easy to drive along some of the local roads.

Kitchen needs more cookware: oven dishes, Collander, measuring jug, etc. Cooker labels worn off so guesswork required. Both easy fixes. Had to remind host about champagne that was advertised (actually proscecco). End of lane hangout for druggies (where you are expected to park your car). Lots of individuals (all ages) hanging out morning & evening. Drinking carlsberg & smoking weed at 10am! They were not threatening but its not very nice. I parked elsewhere over nights 2 & 3. In future I would find a better location for my money.

Awesome place, such good value. Very clean and had an awesome stag there.

The sunlight on the top floor bedroom

Located close to shops & good trails for walking. Spacious. Easy to find. All things needed provided. Without the easily fixed negatives it's a perfect place to stay if you're a few people off to Snowdon.

We don't believe the bedding had been changed from previous as socks were found under the cover. Another bed had blood stains on the bedding. In the room with the roof light there was not a proper blind, the stick on one wouldn't hold so it was a forced wake up at 5am.
