Buena ubicación la casa cómoda y completa muy cerca de la playa

Un poco sucio y dejado con falta de mantenimiento con muchas hormigas en la cocina y todos con picaduras de pulgas o eso creemos la piscina bien el mobiliario demasiado antiguo y demasiados muebles inútiles

Ubicación y amplitud, piscina, zona para varios vehículos y buena playa.

Problemas de hormigas, e instalaciones descuidadas.

La vétusté de certains équipements ( table extérieure, bouilloire HS, les plombs qui sautent régulièrement, barrières en bois…)

- The pool was brilliant, it's deep and a good size, and water is kept well maintained. Kids (and adults!) spend a lot of time in it! Outside shower for pool also helpful. - Good air conditioning in all rooms. - Well equipped kitchen including 2 large fridge freezers. - Brilliant location by a quiet beach, close to the supermarket and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Rincon de la Victoria. - Plenty of space. We were 6 adults and 3 children. The accommodation is actually a 3 bed house and a 2 bed 'flat' with bathroom above the garage. The double bedroom in the flat can only be accessed through the 2 x single bedroom, which was fine with kids but may not be ideal for all adult group. - Owner was very helpful and very friendly.

- There are a LOT of ants so you have to be very vigilant about making sure there's no food left out anywhere etc. As long as sides are kept clean, it's not such an issue. - A bit run down in areas, could do with some TLC around the pool area. But for the pretty reasonable price, it's to be expected and it certainly didn't stop us enjoying it!
