Contemporary bliss-newly renovated cozy villa!

Location

Master bedroom no remote for TV, my friend had to watch tv downstairs. Collection of hair in bathroom in hall, unable to not see it. Should be spotless for 150.00 clean up fee. I had to take cold showers, no hot water in shower in hallway, however it works in the sink.

Lovely apartment and complex. Comfortable beds, spacious living room and outside patio.

A few mishaps on check in but we rolled with it and everything was resolved.

Proximity to the beach . The location within the complex was just ok . Could not park in front of unit . Well stocked kitchen . Beds were comfortable, but again , lack of cleanliness, hairs on sheets .

LACK of cleanliness. Tubs don’t drain . Tv remotes were very challenging. For newly renovated it was in need of a renovation, shoddy DIY project . The steps were treacherous! We left our suitcases downstairs and took our things upstairs as needed. If the unit had been clean it would have been a little more tolerable .

C’est un lieu exceptionnel. La villa est magnifique et très confortable. Elle donne sur un paysage superbe - rivière avec des hérons et des alligators. Elle est immense. Très calme. Très bien équipée. Très proche de la plage à pied. Un séjour idéal

We weren't crazy about the stairs, little steep & scary!

It's a beautiful townhouse near the beach. Very comfortable with bathroom for each bedroom. Pretty modern with a cute patio. Quiet and perfect for a family vacation. Great location.

I wish the living room was not smelling musky and moldy. It is right on the pond so I guess that's the only con about it. Keep in mind both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor.
