The property is big. The house is nice upstairs and has all you need for a group of 7 persons. The rooms were just nice to fit 2 pax each. It's 3min walking to the beach (Tasik Biru) and 5min to Pantai Cermin. Hikking is just next door. I do recommend this place for a big group of people and 2 stay at least to nights to enjoy the whole surroundings. Beware, there will be monkeys during day time on the property surrounding, keep your door and windows closed at all times.

BBQ pit should be covered. If it is raining you will not be able to BBQ. If you are in a big group of people, there's only 1 shower in the whole property, so good luck taking turns!

Very nice place to stay for 2 small families or group of friends (the 3 bedroom villa). All in excellent condition, all spotless clean. In proximity of 2 nice beaches and a picturesque jungle track. The complimentary bottles of combucha are a nice addition.

By its capacity, the place could use more than a shower, but can be lived with
