Nothing we liked in this property.

This home stay is not value for money. The bed given is hard and torn. We will hear noise from the nearby room and if someone walks on the top floor. Heater is old and it will give hot water only for few minutes. Even you cant take bath peacefully. We can park the car near the home stay and it is not car parking at all what we expect. Pillow given is hard. TV will be there and it will not work. Bathroom infrastructure is not good and you will see lot of ugly patch work. Dont fall prey to "Pay at the Property" and "Free Cancellation" tags. Moreover it is situated after the Kurinji Andavar temple, so will need to encounter the traffic caused by the devotees of that temple.

Good homestay for kids and family. They provide good food also that was remarkable.

I did like everything over there , even the campfire was excellent...the view is amazing , the car facility was also excellent...they treated us as family .loved it

I stay in homestay around the world and have had good, bad and just ok experiences. There’s really nothing bad to say about the Kodaikanal homestay in my experience. I was checked in warmly and efficiently. Any other enquiries with reception were handled promptly and courteously. All staff I dealt with were very helpful but the gentleman who seemed to be in charge of reception was particularly helpful - thank you sir.I used the hotel’s driver service to get back to Madurai airport which was also of high quality. It ticked all the boxes I’d expect of a decent hotel in any part of the world.
