Big Villa centrally located in Reykjavik

Great location for a bigger group. Very bright and social!

The property was well situated, very cozy, quite spacious for our group. They had arrangements for plenty of beds throughout the house. They have an amazing kitchen setup as well. We had three rental cars so finding parking was not an issue. We will definitely come back here again if we ever decided to travel again with a larger group. I highly recommend them.

Not a deal breaker but I think more lights would help during dark days. But the house has ample of natural light though for daytime.

Loved how spacious the house was, the hot tub was great! We watched the northern lights overhead whilst in the hot tub which was amazing! Beds are very comfortable. House nice and warm. Good number of essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms. Around a 10-minute drive from Reykjavik centre, we had cars so was not an issue. Was a great house for a large group/ family to stay in. Great that they provided extra towels specifically for the hot tub.

The soundproofing is not great because the house is so open plan. However, we stayed with children, and it wasn't a problem once they were asleep. Small things missing such as bedside tables and lamps in some of the rooms. Also, the layout in some of the rooms was a little odd. We did not realise on arrival that some of the beds are in the corner of the living room which felt a little strange, however we did not need to use them, so it did not make much difference to us. Also, would benefit with some signage on the front of the villa which highlights that there is a separate basement apartment with entrance around the back of the villa. As the people who had booked it out during our stay turned up and were quite confused.
