Nice villa with lovely private pool. Excellent amenities. Great local family run restaurant 'Cocheira' in walking distance of the villa.. Best meal we had during our stay

The only downside is the amount of dogs barking along the street.

lovely quiet residential area, well laid out property. plenty of space & the kids loved the pool.

the single beds were a bit hard, but that’s just a little comment really.

Great base for a holiday in Albufeira, if you have hired a car. The pool was used daily and the kitchen was well-equipped and it was a bonus to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Lots of room and a very comfy house. Would highly recommend. Would happily return!

The villa was exceptional. Lots of space and well equipped. Clean. Comfortable mattress. We enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom and the courtyard with the pool. Quiet street. Minutes to two grocery stores and the Mercado. An easy 20 minute walk to Old Albufeira and the beach. Lots of great restaurants within 20 minute walk. Private front courtyard had a parking space. The host was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We recommend this without hesitation and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family for 5 weeks. The house is nice, with good access from the kitchen and the living room to the terrace and pool; very convenient for having meals outside. We also enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. We had great stay!

Keys In Key safe as advised Great to have 2nd shower room/toilet Great pool - cold getting in but this stopped being an issue after a couple of days Excellent facilities, Washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc Great value

Had asked for an earlier check in, but cleaners still on site. Were able to leave luggage in garage and do some shopping though perhaps only an issue as we are an 'older' couple - bed was a bit low and could have done with some instructions for cooker (induction) and tv. Would have preferred a steam iron being picky May be a good idea to hire a car as distance to Old Town perhaps a bit far to walk for us- though taxis were really reasonable

Good location. Outside/pool area is brilliant for a group

It does sleep 6 but the sofa bed isn’t the best - more like 4 or 4+2 kids. 6 adults was a push!
