The property is very close to Montepulciano. The views are amazing . The Lavazza coffee machine was great. There were even some sweet kitties that came and visited. L ‘Olivete is an excellent restaurant just across the street and down the road a bit.

The towels didn’t smell fresh. The listing said there was a washer and dryer but there was only a washer. The property is fairly private, although there are renters below with dogs that bark a lot. And someone nearby that has roosters that crow at 4:00am

"Fantastic home in Montepulciano!"

Wonderful home with beautiful grounds and spacious interior for our family of 4! Hosts were lovely and so accommodating. Short drive with our car to the parking lot where we could park and leave the car for a stroll around and have dinner in Montepulciano! Great home base for touring other Tuscan towns!

"Lovely"

Best place to stay. Its a wonderful property. Great views, lovely surroundings. The inside is charming and comfortable. Eveb the bed linens are special. When we arrived there was a beautiful antipasto platter and an apricot crostata waiting for us along with a bottle of orosecco in the fridge.

Its outside of Montepulciano and you need a car to get there. Parking is hard in Montepulciano. But after all of the tourist activities, like eating at wonderful restaurants we came back to this lovely refuge.

Nice location, conveniently connected and not far away from Montepulciano (which is a fantastic city). Spacious house, renovated well. The terrace is really nice to spend some time in the evening. The host is wonderful! Very helpful, friendly, always available. We had no issues with wifi. There is no airco but fans are available and the trees bring needed shade. Sadly piano is not available, it serves as a decoration only, which is understandable but sad that probably guests in the past have broken it.
