В правилах бронювання не сказано, що потрібно сплатити 100€ завдатку при заїзді (сума повертається, якщо на думку власників все ок). Власники беруть додаткову плата абсолютно за все: за рушники, за постільну білизну. Немає базового, наприклад туалетного паперу та солі. За цим акаунтом є 3 помешкання, власники заселяють гостей на свій розсуд, на жаль.

ITOttima villa sul mare. Posizione strategica anche per raggiungere le migliori spiagge e numerosi ristoranti sia di carne che si pesce. A soli 10 minuti da Racale dove c'è un supermercato e dove abbiamo mangiato una pizza favolosa, la più buona che io abbia mai mangiato. Noi abbiamo usato anche il camino sulla veranda, grigliare guardando il mare non ha prezzo. Consiglio assolutamente la villa, molto grande, ospitale, con due camere di cui una con il bagno privato, ottimo!!!! Qualità prezzo eccellente e la signora Silvia molto accogliente e disponibile, ad inizio soggiorno ci ha lasciato una guida per il Salento completa (stabilimenti balneari, ristoranti, spiagge, aperitivi, supermercati, ecc).

ITPosizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge del Salento, avere a disposizione il barbecue ci ha permesso di cenare all’aperto in tutto relax.
Ci sarebbero delle piccole migliorie da apportare, per rendere questa struttura Super.
ATTop Lage! Riesige Terrasse, nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, sehr ruhig, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, die Ansprechperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt mittlerweile auch eine Tiefkühltruhe.
Wir haben nicht verstanden, warum man den Preis nicht höher setzt, dafür aber Klimaanlage, Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkludiert sind. Eine Waschmaschine wäre toll, dann könnte man die Handtücher auch waschen, für die man eh schon extra bezahlen muss.
