Lovely villa in beautiful setting 5 minutes drive from Lucca which is gorgeous . Well equipped and comfortable. Sadly it rained hard for a couple of days otherwise would have been perfect trip ! Plenty of room for 6 of us and two dogs.

Loved the space - exceptional value for money and felt so Tuscan! The hosts were good a communicating, despite language barrier, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine when we arrived. Lovely, large rooms, clean linen, multiple bathroom spaces, and a very peaceful property - Highly recommended and we hope to come back one day! Gracie mille!

Nothing, other than the fact the weather wasn't great, which meant we couldn't take full advantage of the swimming pool and pizza oven area. One small observation: the Lawns and gardens were pretty overgrown and could have been cut shorter, so we're not all that inviting... but otherwise, it was awesome. Gracie mille!

"It was a perfect Villa for our family!"

Beautiful Villa in the peaceful area of Toscana. The swimming pool was also clean and good to enjoy with family. This Villa has all you need from the washing machine, dish washer, big fridge etc. 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms were enough for our family (4 adults and 1 Child), an extra WC next to living area was a bonus. Location is also good if you are travelling with car(Parking is also free and safe). We also enjoyed the welcome wine :-) Thank you!

We had a nice family holiday at borgo del locumone. Great hospitality, atmospheric house and good location. Great price quality ratio.

Kitchen could have been a little better equipped. We were missing things such as toaster and bread knife
