Villa Summer house

Uroczy dom z pięknym ogrodem. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie, w każdej podwójne łóżko i klimatyzacja. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Blisko na plażę. Duży prywatny parking na posesji. Cisza i spokój. Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Syrakuz, Noto i Ragusy Właściciele bardzo mili, dobry kontakt.

We have mixed feelings of our stay in the Summer house. Upon arrival things were not prepared with no internet, no hot water, broken toilet and refrigerator off. Very disappointing. In the course of the next day things were fixed and we could start our holiday. The house certainly has it’s positive features with the spacious garden with xcellent seating, the comfortable bedrooms with airco and the secured parking space. These positive features will be more prominent in warm wheather than under the variable wheather conditions during most of our stay. It feels very basic then. We left the house for 5 days to stay in Taormina and Syracuse and returned for the last two days of our holiday. At that time, the wheather had improved and we could give the house a second (positive) chance.

Property is peaceful, clean and in the best location to relax. Walking distance from the beach and a short drive from avola, marzamemi, Ortigia. BBQ facilities are great as well as the garden furniture. Had the most relaxing stay ever!

Everything. The location was great (we had a car and it was close to the beach). The grounds are well cared for and tended; the place was clean and well appointed. It is truly an amazing place and we would love to come back.

I would definitely recommend this house for families with children and those who love privacy. It has an isolated territory, its own garden, the ability to park a car. The house is located in a quiet location and a five minute walk from a wonderful beach. The house has everything you need to relax, including an outdoor shower, a grill and a place for an evening dinner outside. The house has a washing machine and all kitchen utensils.

Summer House is located within walking distance of the beautiful sandy beach (about 5 minutes). The house itself is clean and functionally furnished and has one bathroom with shower and toilet. Everything you need is there. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room does not. However, we did not miss that because we mainly stayed on the spacious beautiful covered terrace with a large table with chairs and a lounge set. Garden is nicely landscaped with a bbq. In the freezer a large bowl of Sicilian ice cream pastries was waiting for us thanks to the friendly owners. Summer House is located in a narrow street. Thanks to the instructions of the owners, we found the house easily. Syracuse and Noto can be reached by car in 25 minutes. Wide choice of supermarkets etc at 5 kilometers.
