The apartment is nicely decorated, with marble floor tiles. It has a beautiful dining area with windows and terrace overlooking a golf field. It is placed inside a gated community, we felt very safe. The community pools are great. The parking guy was incredibly nice and although the property only has one parking spot, he somehow managed to arrange another one for our second car. Also the check-in is very easy with the box besides the entry door. The owners were very nice and responsive. They also have let us stay past the check out time, so that we could pack in a lower paste.

We were 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids). We had some trouble sleeping, because there are two rooms that have no shades - the living room ( one of us had to sleep on the couch), and the middle bedroom, which has one roof window and two wall windows, all without shades. Maybe overall the apartment is more suitable for 4 people. Also the workers on the golf field begun working at 6.30 and woke us up.

Quiet complex, not overlooked with great views from the private terrace. Well equipped property everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect

Air conditioning was not really cooling the room . So we felt warm

Lovely, light and airy. Close to pools and restaurants.

The location of the complex as it was were I went growing up with my family so I decide to take my own little family.

The sheer fact of an early flight to gain an extra day to then be confronted at the key safe box to be told that check in can’t be now until 4pm when arriving at the property around 1pm with a 3 year old kid that had been up since 2am that morning! Also the bedroom window didn’t look so again very unsafe and didn’t have a good night sleep for a week! Very disappointed in this and when I contacted the host to explain I was told that the booking.com had an error for checkin time should have been 4pm when I know that’s lies and I was contact the night before by Dorothy and Nicholas to be told the key safe number and enjoy my stay and also told about the lock that he would fix it when he goes there on the 6th of April so what I was to leave my valuables and my family to sleep in a villa that isn’t secure! Also ants in the beds pic attached. Window lock attached to lobby.

Amenities were very good(washing machine, blow drier, iron, vacuum cleaner, pots and pans in the kitchen-very well equipped) The two bathrooms were very practical. Beds comfy. Communication with host perfect!

The lack of a guide book, as a suggestion for future renters it would be nice to have a compact guide book with information like where to take out the trash, where to find the blow drier, were is the electric panel of the apartment so we don't have to bother you every time with these questions. Also provide please bin liner and toilet paper in the apartment. I think it is essential, since no one comes to clean like in a hotel. Cleaning could be more thorough. Inside of the cabinets, and bathrooms need more cleaning.
