Villa Hibisco

Fantastic location, right at the beach - doesn't get better. Very close to San Vito town. The villa is spacious and nice terrace and deck chairs available on the sand-garden. There's coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry machine. Owner stayed up to hand over the keys even we ran very late due to delayed flight.

I think an upgrade of amenities would be great. When staying 4 people, it would be lovely not to do dishes all the time, as there's e.i. only 3 wineglasses. Just a real upgrade in general would help - beddings, electrical outlets hanging from wall, no bed light and a general cleaning upgrade.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut und das Dorf ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten so andere Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.

Die Ausstattung war eher spärlich. Für die Aussenstühle gibt es keine Kissen und nur 3 Weingläser für mehrere Personen. Ein Staubsauger wäre nützlich gewesen. Die Einrichtung ist relativ alt, dient aber seinem Zweck.

Perfekt beliggenhet, stor og god plass med alt vi trengte til en nydelig ferie i San Vito.

Sehr alt und abgenutzt. 6 Schlafplätze doch nur 2 Weingläser im Haus? Ameisen in Küche und Bad.

Lage unbeschreiblich schön 😍. Vermieterin war immer schnell zur Hilfe wenn Fragen offen waren . Älteres Strandhaus aber mit viel Charme . Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen .

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt, hat einen eigenen Sandstrand und einen kleinen Spielplatz. Wir hatten eine super Zeit mit unserer Familie dort. Catarina war sehr zuvorkommend und liess uns kostenfrei später auschecken.

We stayed at a beachfront villa in San Vito Lo Capo, literally steps from the sand, and it was an unforgettable experience. The grounds were absolutely stunning — private beach access, beautiful gardens, and a great outdoor space with a BBQ. We were only 10 minute walk from the center of town. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, though not modern or recently updated. But the real highlight was the host Caterina — a lovely, genuine Italian woman who went above and beyond, even coming over one day to cook us a delicious homemade lunch. If you value location, charm, and warm hospitality over ultra-modern finishes, this place is a true five-star gem!

The house is located at the beach with direct access and have a nice garden. The Villa is very spacious and the owner super friendly and helpful.

Because it´s cloes to the beach and the garden area a lot of mosquitos are around during the evening.

Caterina was a super attentive and considerate host and the apartment was spacious, had a good selection of items for what you need and an amazing location next to the beach
