Le ville sono un’oasi di tranquillità e benessere, curate nei minimi dettagli, dotate di tutti i confort, immerse nel verde e a due passi dal mare. Gli host Claudia e Massimo ci hanno riservato un’accoglienza, un’attenzione e una cura quotidiana eccezionale ed hanno contribuito a rendere ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno nel nostro posto del cuore lontano da casa.

Very comfortable and spacious villa in a nice location, just a 5-minute slow walk from the beach. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. A washing machine is available. The host was great and very helpful. Parking is well organized so you don’t bump into cars when walking around the villa area. I would definitely come back again.

Die Gastgeber sind großartig, der persönliche Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung. Sie stecken viel Leidenschaft in die Villa-Anlage, sind jeden Tag da um nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause bei der Familie gefühlt, sehr umsorgt und haben sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert, das an nichts fehlte 🤩. Wir haben auch tolle Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants persönlich bekommen. Die Lage der Villa ist Top, zum Strand, die Promenade und die vielen Geschäfte in Fußnähe sowie viele Hotspots mit dem Auto prima zu erreichen. In ALLEM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent villas! Everything is as in the photo - good repair and design, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and high quality bed linen and towels! Very clean! Perfectly clean floors and surfaces. Everything is new! Very quiet place! There is a private courtyard with a table and sun loungers! Private parking on the territory, which is very convenient! 5 minutes to the sea, everything is nearby! Massimo and Claudia are very nice and hospitable people! Very attentive and caring! They really do their job perfectly! Always in touch and ready to help! Thank you very much, you made our holiday unforgettable! ❤️

الموقع ممتاز 25 دقيقه عن فورتي دي مارمي .. 5 دقايق عن الشاطيء وقريبه المطاعم والسوبرماركت .. حجزي فيلا عباره عن 3 غرف نوم و 3 دورات مياه وحده من الغرف بالبدروم موجود مطبخ متكامل وصاله وجلسه خارجيه وجلسه بالسطح .. فيه غرفة غسيل وكوي مشتركه والغسيل ب 1 يورو .. المالك متعاون ولطيف جدا ويتواصل معك واتساب إذا احتجت شي أي وقت .. موجود تكييف في كل الغرف وبارد جدا ..

We spent four wonderful days at the Villa in August. Everything was organized perfectly. The photos on the website are real. Very well equipped rooms. Clean. Comfortable mattresses. Many thanks to Massimo and Luciano for our great vacation. We will be happy to come again and recommend to friends.

Everything is fine

The location is 300m away from the sea. 10 minutes of walking, and you are in front of the beach. There are pharmacy, Coop supermarket, bakery and restaurants close by, which is very convenient if you decide to look for last-minute cooking materials. There is lots of space to arrange clothes and luggage, and the kitchen is equipped (but you need to buy salt and pepper as the property is not allowed to provide food related materials). The coffee machine uses capsules. There is actually a third bedroom upstairs with a single bed. The host kindly offered to park two cars inside the property, and prepared a bed, a changing table and a bathtub for our baby. The personnel on the property are usually easily reachable and very friendly.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be better. Lots of hair are found inside the sink, which is quite disturbing. There are different recycling bags provided, but no explanation was given upon arrival. For those who never lived/travelled to Italy, instructions would be appreciated, so the triage is done correctly for environmental reason.

The villa was extremely clean and lovely to stay in, the staff were friendly. Even though there were language difficulties, the owners and ourselves were able to communicate using Google Translate, and there were no issues.

There was nothing we didn't like, but the roof terrace could benefit from some more seating areas like rattan sofas or another table and chairs.
