VILLA MARE BLUE - casa vacanze a 150m dal mare

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison dispose de tout ce qu’il faut niveau équipement ! L'hôte a été extrêmement sympathique, chaleureuse et disponible du début à la fin. Elle répondait rapidement à nos messages et s'est toujours montrée attentive à nos besoins, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Son accueil et sa gentillesse resteront notre meilleur souvenir de ce séjour.

Le seul vrai bémol concerne les installations, et plus précisément tout ce qui permet d'entrer et de sortir de la maison. Le logement est une sorte de grande véranda, et on y accède par plusieurs châssis : le problème, c'est qu'ils sont tous difficiles à manœuvrer. Les systèmes de fermeture sont assez anciens, et à chaque fois ouvrir ou fermer relevait du combat : il fallait s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises avant que ça veuille bien céder. Au quotidien, c'était vraiment contraignant, parce que ça concernait le moindre passage. Le portail d'entrée, lui, était carrément le pire. Malgré les explications de l'hôte et une semaine entière sur place, son mécanisme est resté très récalcitrant : la serrure était extrêmement dure, et la plupart du temps elle refusait tout simplement de tourner. Sur tout le séjour, nous n'avons réussi à l'ouvrir et la fermer correctement qu'une seule fois. Résultat, nous avons fini par le laisser ouvert la majeure partie du temps, faute de pouvoir le manœuvrer. Un bon entretien, voire un remplacement de l'ensemble de ces mécanismes, ferait vraiment gagner en confort aux prochains voyageurs.

Das Haus entspricht den Fotos und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist mit allem bestückt, was man benötigt. Der Garten war unser Highlight! Unser Kind hat das Spielzeug geliebt. Komfortabel ist, dass es 3 Bäder gibt und das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Den Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe konnten wir aufgrund des Unwetters Anfang des Jahres nicht besuchen, dafür gab uns die Gastgeberin sehr gute alternative Tipps. Sie und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation war hervorragend (auch in Englisch). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Das WLAN war leider nicht das stärkste und obwohl es sauber war, war es nicht blitzeblank. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, das hat uns aber nicht gestört und wussten wir vor der Buchung.

A neat, clean and modern structure. Vehicle may be parked inside the structure, pet friendly. The welcome pack including pasta, sauce, milk, water, yoghurts, fruit, fruit juice and crossata were a lovely surprise upon welcome. Host is very accommodating. Would love to return.

Stronger WIFI connection, the drains in the garden could be covered firmly - I had a slight fall with one of them. Children could easily hurt themselves. And it would be wise to cover an electricity connection in the outhouse. However these minor issues did not jeopardise our holiday in any way.

Posizione comoda per muoversi e visitare zone, spiagge e paesi, accesso al mare vicino e acqua cristallina. Struttura molto bella, arredata con cura, comoda e confortevole dotata di tutto il necessario e più, con posto auto interno. Massima la disponibilità della proprietaria nel venire in contro alle esigenze, un plus!

Consiglio qualche stoviglia in più per l'induzione e qualche cura in più sulla pulizia nel dettaglio. Comunque nell complesso tutto ok, ci tornerei e la consiglio.

La casa è molto accogliente e ricca di molti comfort. Ottima per le famiglie con bambini a due passi dalla spiaggia. La signora è molto disponibile e gentile.

The host is supergenerous man, left the fridge full of food for our arrival and was overall very responsive and caring. Very clean, rather new, furnished with good taste, a lot of space for a fimily of 4, enough dishes and tools in the kitchen, 3 toilettes and 3 showers, the garden territory is safe and spacious. Close to the beach.Recommend for sure for families with small kids.

The best Vacation Villa! It had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Our host Loredana was above and beyond with assistance. Checking in/out was a breeze. Everything was explained to us clearly. She filled the refrigerator with water, yogurt, cheese, cakes! And even milk! There was more, food, on the kitchen table waiting for us on the arrival. House had everything that you might need on a vacation. From sharp knives to small details. We felt like home, even though this was a vacation. Bonus was Washer/Dryer. Beds are very comfortable. Air Conditioners worked great. Pictures matched the property. Plan to have a car if you are staying here.

Traveling back home, we will miss this place for sure.

Home away from home, very comfortable, spacious and greatly furnished with, well, everything. Great quiet location, close to a beach with crystal clear water and close to Syracusa, Noto, etc. Parking place within the courtyard, for peace of mind. A car is needed, and the smaller, the better, due to the rather narrow street on which other cars are parked at week-ends (we still managed with a car the size of a Tiguan). Great communication with the owners. Great experience, overall, and we can't wait to return to this lovely place.
