Beach Villa Pins by Sealand Villas

L emplacement est superbe la plage est a côté, le jardin et la piscine sont top . La place de parking est super.

L odeur d égout prononcé, certain jour c est difficile a supporter, d autres cela disparaît et cela revient . Le fait de ne pas utiliser la première douche en entrant a gauche , nous l avons fermée, l odeur était violente dans la pièce, le propriétaire a envoyé quelqu un pour cela mais cela n a rien changé.. manifestement c est un problème récurrent (voir les autres retour de voyageurs) . Doivent ils faire des travaux d assainissement ?? Je ne sais pas .. mais le jour où cette odeur sera traitée cet endroit sera merveilleux...

We are familiar with the area and had holiday at this property before - about 12 years ago. We know the location is excellent, only a short walk to any of the 3 beaches, and the small private swimming pool is the main reason we choose this property for shy family member. There is of course nostalgic reason too. However…it very badly needs update. The staff is very helpful though, there were no internet at arrival, and the car gate was jamming on the second day, the staff quickly resolved any problem, so a big shout out to the staff.

Because the property is so old, although it has changed owner, everything is exactly the same as we were there over 12 years ago (including the soft decoration hanging on the cupboard that doesn’t fit very well by the kitchen, and the ping pong table outside that is now so broken and worn and cannot be used!). The pipes are so old that the second bathroom reeks of mould and mildew smell, and therefore not usable. The owner (I think) stopped by and poured a gallon of bleach down the second bathroom, but that only makes it smell of bleach for a few hours. We had to keep the second bathroom window closed as it opens to the swimming pool and we can smell the mould and mildew in the swimming pool. It has nothing to do with cleanliness as the place was sufficiently clean, it’s just too old and badly need fundamental update.
