The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina. El día del check-out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla; de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos. El registro de huéspedes es exigido por la ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) y Grecia (Ley 4446/2016), por lo cual cercano a su fecha de llegada, enviaremos un link de check-in online para el registro de todos los huéspedes. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
