Location a stone's throw from the sea; availability of parking for the car; small area in front for children to play; availability and friendliness of the owner.

Lack of some furnishings such as iron, barbecue tools, poor set of kitchen tools, umbrella and beach chairs, some deckchairs to fully enjoy the veranda. Air conditioning under lock and key inside one of the bedrooms (you have to disturb those sleeping in the room to turn the AC on/off or to use the keys to open the door or gate). It is not an entire villa, the owner lives on the upper floor (for those seeking privacy it is not ideal).
